Their dominant performance, including an undefeated upper bracket run, underscored their supremacy in the current Dota 2 season.
Had they not drawn their group series against Shopify Rebellion, Falcons would have achieved a complete event sweep.
Support star Jingjun “Sneyking” Wu attributed their success to focusing on the fundamentals of Dota.

Cr1t- emphasized the importance of simplicity in adapting to the mid-tournament Patch 7.36.

Falcons mid-laner Stanislav “Malr1ne” Potorak was a standout, amassing 46 kills and just five deaths over the three games.

The conclusion of DreamLeague Season 23 confirmed the eight invited teams for the Riyadh Masters: Falcons, BetBoom, Gaimin Gladiators, Xtreme Gaming, Tundra Esports, OG, Team Liquid, and Team Spirit, with the remaining play-in squads to be determined by ESL Pro Tour rankings.

To fill the void left by MinD_ContRoL’s departure, Tundra hastily enlisted Vladislav ��laise�� Lais, a former Natus Vincere member and a highly ranked player, as their new off-laner for the match against Shopify Rebellion.
However, despite the substitution, Tundra’s performance suffered noticeably without their iconic off-laner, resulting in a tied series against their opponents.
Speculation regarding the reasons behind MinD_ContRoL’s removal from the team ran rampant.
The appointment of Ludwig ��Zai�� W?hlberg, as Tundra’s general manager on February 23 added fuel to the fire, with fans questioning his potential involvement in the decision.
In an attempt to shed light on the situation, MinD_ContRoL appeared on Janne “Gorgc” Stefanovski��s stream to share his side of the story.
He expressed discomfort with the team’s dynamics, particularly the infringement on his agreed-upon role as captain and drafter, as well as his objection to working with certain teammates.

]]>With the two additions, Bleed Esports completed their Dota 2 line-up, weeks ahead of DreamLeague Season 22.
Mikoto joins Bleed Esports as one of the most recognisable names from the South-East Asia (SEA) Dota 2 scene.
The 23-year-old started his esports career in March 2017 and has since played for some of the top teams in the region, including BOOM Esports and Talon Esports.
With Talon, Mikoto accomplished a lot last year.
He won the BTS Pro Series Season 14: Southeast Asia and DPC SEA 2023 Tour 2: Division I and claimed two bronze medals at the Lima Major 2023 and Riyadh Masters 2023.
However, despite all the success, Mikoto found himself on the chopping block after Talon’s 9th-12th-place exit from The International 2023.
His new teammate, poloson joins Bleed Esports as one of the most experienced players on the roster.
Over his career, which spans a decade, poloson has competed with some of the strongest Dota 2 teams in the world, including Invictus Gaming, Nigma Galaxy SEA, and Team SMG.
Even though poloson didn’t accomplish much in 2023 when he competed with Myth Avenue Gaming, the seasoned veteran can offer a lot of value for Bleed, who’ll look to build on the success they’ve achieved in 2023.

Bleed Esports have proven very active during the Dota 2 offseason, looking to strengthen the roster after failing to accomplish much in the 2023 season.
Even though Bleed Esports won DPC SEA 2023 Tour 3: Division I, the SEA squad failed to show much on the international stage.
In July, Bleed Esports attended Bali Major 2023 and crashed out of the $500,000 Dota 2 esports tournament in 13th-14th place.
By the end of the season, the Singaporean team unsuccessfully attempted to qualify for The International and ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023, exiting both qualifiers in fifth-sixth place.
In a bid to find more success in 2024, Bleed Esports started rebuilding the roster in November with the addition of Natthaphon “Masaros” Ouanphakdee and Tommy “Taiga” Le.
However, after a rough showing at Kobolds Rave in December, Bleed released Taiga and found two new players to fill the missing gaps.
Bleed Esports will debut their new roster in the upcoming DreamLeague Season 22 qualifier, set to start in February.

The condensed seven-day schedule accommodates the event within the busy 2023 Dota 2 esports calendar.
DreamLeague Season 21 extends invitations to 12 competitive Dota 2 teams, including prominent names such as Evil Geniuses and Team Liquid.
The tournament’s novel structure consists of two key stages: the novel Group Stage taking place from September 18th to 21st, and the ensuing Playoffs scheduled for September 21st to 24th.
The Group Stage has undergone significant streamlining, condensing into two round-robin groups, each housing six teams.
Following the group stage duels, two teams from each group will exit the competition.
Notably, all Group Stage matches adopt a two-game series configuration, featuring consecutive Best-of-1 (BO1) matches.
Subsequently, the eight advancing teams will engage in a fierce double-elimination showdown during the Playoffs.
Here, all matches will adopt a Best-of-3 (BO3) format. The upper bracket will welcome four teams, with the remaining four battling it out in the lower bracket.
