?ENCE got through the ESL Pro League Season 14 group stage with a 3-2 record and finished ahead of Astralis, Team Spirit, and Bad News Bears. Although not exactly a spectacular achievement, ENCE have exceeded everyone’s expectations by advancing into the playoffs while averaging the tournament’s second-highest overall rating (1.15).

ForZe ended the group stage in second (4-1), which is quite an accomplishment considering they finished above G2 Esports, Virtus.pro and Complexity. Even though Group B was a complete mess, the Russians played well (1.09 rating) and are deservingly amongst the final 12 teams.

ForZe enter this match as betting underdogs, which doesn’t make much sense when they have a much deeper map pool and stronger individual players than the Finns. Even though ENCE ended the group stage with a better overall rating, they realistically had only one tough opponent in their group (Heroic), while forZe had to fight against Virtus.pro, G2, OG, and Complexity.

TEAM LIQUID vs FNATIC CS:GO BETTING & MATCH DETAILS

CS:GO Betting Odds: Liquid -200 at BetOnline | Fnatic +147 at BetOnline

?Team Liquid are priced as -200 favourites here, likely due to Fnatic’s disastrous showings against 00Nation (12-16) and Copenhagen Flames (10-16) in their last two outings. While you could argue that Fnatic didn’t care too much about those bouts, that’s a weak excuse since this is a new roster that can’t afford not to care and should be working on building synergy.

Fnatic have done well to make it out of Group C with a 3-2 record, proving that they can compete at the highest level with two new members. Still, the British-Swedish squad clearly need a bit more time to gel together fully.

We didn’t expect much from Team Liquid ahead of ESL Pro League, but they delivered and ended Group C with a 4-1 record and +39 round differential. Their only loss came against world no.2, Gambit Esports, who Liquid could have easily beaten had they not choked in overtime on Vertigo (16-19).

We don’t believe Fnatic can win against the in-form Liquid, and you could even argue that the outsider could get swept. Liquid for the win is the safest option, but we like the CS:GO betting odds on a map handicap better.
